Polaris today announced the company has signed World Off Road Championship Series (WORCS) Pro Doug Eichner to race the Outlaw 525 ATV. Eichner will run the No. 1 plate and should continue the success of Independent rear suspension (IRS) on the WORCS trails.

“We’re really excited to offer this new program to the AMA/ATVA Nationals, especially in its inaugural season of AMA Pro ATV Racing,” said Reid Nordin, Kawasaki Team Green Manager.

The new ATV Pro Racing status elevates the sport to the professional level of racing enjoyed by AMA Motocross, AMA Supercross, AMA Suberbike, AMA Supermoto, and AMA Flat Track.
